Mikal is a multidisciplinary artist, author, and holistic practitioner whose work bridges creative expression, somatic movement, and a lifelong devotion to the natural world. Born and raised in Manhattan with Albanian heritage, and currently based in South Florida, his path spans over two decades of artistic production, writing, and community teaching.

Movement & Wellness: Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) through Atmananda Yoga in New York City, with over 12 years of experience teaching thousands of private sessions, workshops, and meditations.
Holistic & Metaphysical Practice: Ordained Metaphysical Minister and Reverend for over 11 years, holding a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science (B.Msc) from the University of Sedona, alongside Reiki certification.
Writing & Publishing: Author of over 20 published books and chapbooks, with poetry featured in magazines and books, and read at galleries and shows across New York.
Education & Global Study: Studied at Fordham University where he learned to read and write in Arabic, also studied at Sun Yat-Sen University in China, completed an Acting Conservatory at the New York Film Academy, and studied Graphic Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT).
Visual & Multimedia Arts: Active as a sketch artist, illustrator, designer, and musician. He has worked extensively as a professional figure model for institutions including NYU, Columbia University, the New York Film Academy, and the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art.
Additional Experience: Licensed realtor, home renovation designer, and active steward of wildlife, plants, and environmental conservation.
